Eric received his Bachelor’s of Finance degree from San Diego State University where he was a member of the Real Estate Society and Financial Planning Association. He has worked in development and investments where he strategically analyzed markets for highest and best use and project positioning for major developers throughout California. Eric also co-authored the Regional Housing and Economic Impact report for the San Diego Chamber of Commerce in 2016. Through his work, Eric was personally sought out by national developers to build their executive teams.

Eric has since brought his real estate expertise to South Coast Commercial where his number one priority is to build long lasting relationships with his clients and assist in building their wealth portfolios.
